Below are the popular stationery items we commonly print, we are more than happy to print other items that you may wish to include. The possibilities are endless, and if it can be printed there is every chance we can do it with our range of equipment!
The price list relates to the standard sizes of the stationery detailed below, custom and bespoke items will be subject to quotation.
SAVE THE DATE CARDS
Save the date cards are a fantastic way of announcing the big day and give your guests the first glimpse of your wedding theme. These are usually sent out around 6-8 months prior to the wedding, allowing plenty of notice particularly with our busy lives and commitments. This is especially important for destination weddings and popular summer dates to ensure your guests are locked in early. Save the date cards are generally only sent to guests that are invited to the full wedding.
Can be printed portrait or landscape. White envelope included (option for colour envelope upgrade).
INVITATIONS
The main, largest piece of any wedding stationery suite, typically sent as long as 6 months ahead, or as little as a few weeks! We offer two sizes as flat, unfolded invites that both fit standard envelopes, the larger one allowing for more information to be included. Bespoke invitations can be square, rectangular, arched and either folded, unfolded or pocket-folded.

EVENING/RECEPTION INVITATIONS
Often the same size as the whole day invitation, with an added option for a slightly smaller version, if required. We do recommend one of the regular sized invitations, particularly if there is a fair amount of wording to be included.

DETAILS CARDS
Often an accompaniment to the main invitation (but completely optional) the details card typically includes all information relating to accommodation, gifts, maps or directions and any other useful information. Having a separate details card will streamline the invitation so it only holds the key information and is not over cluttered.
We offer two sizes as standard, one is the same size as the invitation itself. Choice is usually dependent on the amount of information you need to include. For weekend long weddings, there may be much more information to pass onto guests with a whole itinerary, as is often the case with destination weddings that have additional planning and logistics involved.
RSVPs
The perfect enclosure for the invitation to encourage guests to confirm attendance and help you organise definite numbers. Traditionally RSVPs were returned in the mail, but it is common nowadays for email addresses to be added or a QR code printed directing the guests to a wedding website. It is, however recommended to offer both options and include a postal address for the guests who may not have access to technology, or prefer the traditional route.

ON THE DAY STATIONERY
ORDER OF SERVICE
The order of service is traditionally associated with a church wedding, but is equally relevant to civil ceremonies and can include lots of information for guests. It is not uncommon nowadays to include some fun facts about the couple, poems to remember lost loved ones, together with the traditional itinery and timings of the big day. Depending on how much information you need to include, you may opt for a flat one sided print or full booklet.
MENUS
We offer two sizes of menu as standard, printed with the wedding breakfast menu. Depending on the amount of information and meal choices, the menus can be printed onto either size or, for maximum impact, we can print onto a large A1 board to be displayed at the entrance. It is entirely your choice to have individual menus, or one for each table.
